Ranelagh Club is pleased to offer Personal Fitness and Training to our members.
Cara Bryant of Precision Fitness is a qualified Personal Trainer with 12 years experience working with clients on the Mornington Peninsula to improve fitness, strength, overall health and wellness. With an emphasis on balance in all areas of your life, Cara can support you whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Cara is offering individual and small group classes and will be tailoring programs specifically to our members requirements.
Weekly classes will be held at Ranelagh and include both strength and cardio. Cara also trains in Pilates & Yoga.
