Dear Members,

In light of the current challenges we face as a community within this ever-evolving climate of uncertainty, The Ranelagh Club would like to acknowledge that the health and safety of our members and team is our number one priority.

In response to growing fears around COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are closely monitoring the advice and following the recommendations provided by government and health organisations. Our members can be reassured that we will remain fully aligned with the Australian Government Department of Health and Guidelines updates.

We always uphold the highest standards of health and hygiene at the club, however given the current situation, we are taking the following additional precautions.

We have removed tables from our bistro to increase the space between tables to 1.5 meters, reducing covers to allow for greater social distancing and will continue to evolve as the rules change.  We have made adjustments this afternoon based on the latest announcement.

As you can expect, our staff are regularly washing hands and sanitizing before interacting with customers. We have also implemented strict regular sanitation of all surfaces across the club.

We are now at a 70 capacity control measure announced by the PM this afternoon along with social-distancing practices.

With this situation changing daily at both a local and global level, it’s only normal to retreat and stop doing the things you love. However, while it is safe to do so, we encourage you to support the club where possible. The Ranelagh Club strives to continue to make your experience with us as enjoyable and safe as possible. We thank-you for your understanding and ongoing support.

We are cancelling all live music for the foreseeable future and will not be open on Good Friday or Easter Sunday
