What’s happening in the Club House…
Bistro closed Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday for next 2 weeks as we welcome our new Chef and design our new menu.
Dear Members,Marnie and I are delighted to announce that we have a new Head Chef starting with us this week.  Chef Ian Utley comes to us with 23 years’ experience managing all aspects of semi fine dining, al la carte bistro menus, functions and cafes.  With a passion for food, wine and current food trends, Ian’s previous venues include Sorrento Couta Boat Club – Executive Chef, The Baths Restaurant – Executive Chef and Hotel Sorrento – Executive Chef.

We are confident that Chef Ian will be an amazing addition to the new management team and partner with us as we integrate our shared vision for a new experience at Ranelagh.

Chef Ian and Marnie will be re-designing and creating our new menu over the next couple of weeks and we’ll be training all of the restaurant staff in accordance with our new service level expectations.  With this plan as our key priority we will be reducing the hours the bistro and bar will be open and limiting the menu on offer in order to dedicate the time and resources necessary.

We appreciate your patience as we progress through this transition with a vision to offer you a new club house bistro and bar experience.

It is with great excitement that we will launch our new menu to you on Friday 30th August so please book ahead and come and join us.

The bistro will be closed this Wednesday 14th August, Thursday 15th August and Sunday 18th August.  We will be open as usual on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th with a limited menu.

Next week the bistro will be closed on Wednesday 21st August, Thursday 22nd August and Sunday 25th August.  We will be open as usual on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th with a limited menu.
